Returns & Refunds Policy

Because each item is made to order, we follow a print-on-demand fulfillment model. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Preference for a different color or style

All items are custom-printed specifically for each order and cannot be restocked.

Sizing Disclaimer (recommended for apparel):

Please refer to the size chart before ordering. We are not responsible for sizing issues due to incorrect measurements.

Holiday / Sale Disclaimer:

Sale and promotional items are final sale unless defective.

 


 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re happy to help.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item

  • A brief description of the issue

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

 


 

 Lost or Undelivered Packages

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship the order at your expense.

  • We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by shipping carriers once the package has left the fulfillment facility.

 


 

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Refunds are not issued for orders that are already in production or shipped unless there is a fulfillment error.

 


 

 Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before production begins.
Once an item is in production or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
